Philip Oakes

Phil holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Marketing.  He has held several key roles in a variety of industries throughout his career and up until mid 2006,  was the Vice President of Walt Disney Animation Studio in Sydney. Along with his team of 270 people, the studio  produced numerous successful Disney animated films, including Lion King 2 and Peter Pan Return to Neverland.  Following eight years of managing the Disney animation brand here in Australia, Phil is now applying his business and marketing expertise to INNOV8's customers and audiences. 

Nicole Ennis

Nicole's background spans 10 years in marketing and organisational development.  Having worked successfully  with key clients such as NAB, CBA, NRMA, Freedom Group, Bay Swiss, Origin Energy and the Australian Defence Force, she is currently completing  her honours degree in Psychology.   Specialising in the domain of local area marketing,  Nicole is now applying her business and marketing experience and expertise to driving the success of INNOV8's clients.
